Terms and conditions: Private use of Elk Room or portion of, as decided by CSMs and based on group size, for up to 4 hours, based on availability and valid through January 31, 2009. A 20% deposit of the estimated total is due at time of booking. Applicable taxes include 4% (Event Space), 8.4% (Food & Beverage) and 20% (Gratuity). Final guarantee due 5 working days prior to event date. Billing is based on the minimum, your final guarantee, or actual guest attendance, whichever is greatest. For groups of less than 20 people a $50.00 surcharge in food & beverage will apply.
