Hmmm, when I was up skiing today (Sunday) I could see them making snow over by Chair 4. They were working mainly on the lower section down towards Mid-Vail. Are they thinking of opening Ramshorn perhaps? They are also making snow on Pickeroon but only towards the top. It is such a guessing game to figure what they’ll open next…. With a specific selection of runs open, sometimes you end up making quite the tour to get down the mountain. For the last run of the day I took Eagle’s Nest Ridge down to Eagle’s nest, then back around to Columbine/Ledges, then back over to Bornfree and down. I probably put on 3 miles on the skis in just one run! Chris R.
