The Antlers is fortunate to have such wonderful guests from around the world:

I have had the pleasure of holding a few meetings at the Antlers in Vail. The staff is outstanding in accommodating your needs. Our Mine Rescue teams had special requests to use different areas outside the hotel for training, and they did an outstanding job to make our training scenarios work.
Magda King and Katie Nelson are the best assets Antlers has! I hope you have the good fortune to work with them in the future; they are the best at what they do.

Do you want some free “Antlers” for your head? You can have a pair too. You just have to promise us that you’ll send us a picture of yourself wearing them. Quite the crazy crew, no?

Our “in-house” chef, Barry Robinson gets quite a few compliments of his own. Many of them are for the catering work he does here at the Antlers, and some of them have to do with his “regular” catering business, like this one:
For the past sixteen years our family Christmas present has been a week at the Antlers. Why the same place for sixteen years? Simple, everything works well. The staff, accommodations, location, and size of the facility all make for an enjoyable vacation.
Many on the staff are long term employees and can handle your needs and the daily maid service is great. We have stayed in one, two and three units and found them well stocked and clean. The location is just steps away from shopping, dining, and the free Vail bus stop. We feel the Antlers is a user friendly size of about ninety units. If you are looking for a giant lobby with a ten foot high flower bouquet it’s not there. What is there is a comfortable lobby with helpful staff that can handle everything from your ticket needs to church locations.

The Vail scene is vast and the Antlers makes it all work for us.

Recent message: I would like to thank Antlers for their wonderful service and amenities for my wedding and wedding guests. The service was spectacular and all guests had a beautiful view from a creekside room/suite. My 2 dogs were part of the wedding party and we had a great dog friendly room along with a few other guests that brough along their pooches! Every request was accommodated with exceptional hospitality. I would recommend Antlers and their staff for any wedding and wedding festivities. Jennifer Bradley-Babyak

We absolutely loved Vail and really enjoyed staying at the Antlers. It was a great place for a family to stay. The bedroom with bunks was very accommodating and so was the staff. Thanks for the great family memories. Here are our boys next to the elk out in front. They really liked the statue. Michelle

Letter this Summer:
To Magda and her staff, We would like to thank you so much for helping us with guest accommodations for Jennie Hursey’s and Sean Koenig’s wedding this past week. You were so helpful in setting up the reservations and the units were wonderful and enjoyed by all. The breakfast buffet Sunday the 28th was absolutely beautifully presented and delicious. Everyone who stayed with you was very pleased with the units, the location, and especially the helpful and positive attitudes of your staff. Please pass along our sincere thanks for making this past week a memorable one for not only our daughter and Sean, but also their guests. – David and Joan Hursey, parents of the bride, Jennie

Letter received November 10th:
Hello….hope this letter finds you well.
From the first conversation with the Antlers, inquiring about possible room blocks for our wedding in Vail, the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful and polite. Magda was a godsend and was personally a delight to work with during a very stressful time of planning a wedding. The reservation process for our guests was simple and streamlined and the room accommodations were perfect.
The individual decor of each room was wonderful, the service was outstanding and the experience of having our dogs with us for our special day was terrific. Each of our guests have also echoed their positive experience and were very pleased with the experience and hospitaliy. We will definitely be returning to the Antlers and would recommend anyone planning an event, who wishes to have a personalized, stress-free experience, contact the Antlers in Vail!
Take care!
Michelle and Cary
Letter received October 12th:
Dear Magda, How do we begin to say thank you for helping to make our Golden Wedding Anniversary such a special time. But on August 7 every detail became a reality.Living over a thousand miles from Vail, I thought it would be difficult putting everything together. I was wrong! Magda, right from the beginning you kept in contact with us. Your helping us with table placements, linens, setting up the equipment for our program and going along with our decorations made everything come together.
The in house catering chef worked with us to give us the menu we wanted. She gave us a very attractive dinner with appetizers. The desk staff helped with the reservations for all our family and friends coming from out of town. With the whole staff’s help we had a memorable evening. Truly God has
Blessed us,
Thank you for everything
