Dear Antlers Owners,

After this first month as General Manager, I’m happy to share that the transition between Rob and I has been very smooth, and in some instances seamless. I hope all of you feel the same way.  All of our stakeholders are being addressed in a timely manner. From past guests to community partners, so far, so good!

This is in part thanks to the support of the amazing Antlers staff. We are in constant communication, and, in a way, we feel we are working closer together to reach our common goal: to keep the Antlers the very best lodge in Vail and the best place to work for.

You are getting this e-newsletter is because we want to keep you informed about what’s happening at your “Home away from Home” (I still have in my office some of the newsletters that were sent in the 90’s “Antlers Bugle”, and remember stories of how all employees helped fold them and placed them in envelopes. Thank goodness technology is helping us to make this process easier, faster and more efficient).

In it you will find updated information about several areas: Reservations, LQA updates, Vail’s happenings, Employee of the Month and Real Estate.  As always, do not hesitate to contact me for any further assistance. We are delighted to help you with anything you need.

Some of you have called me asking about the snow status. Well, we are still waiting for it! I am ready to go outside and do the snow dance. Vail Resorts just announced that the mountain will be open on November 25th. We have received several cancellations, but as an overall, we still are looking good when it comes to reservations.

Thank you for your continued support, it’s greatly appreciated!   We hope you have the very best Holiday Season. May all your dreams become true in 2017.

Warmest Regards,

Magda King-
