Many Antlers guests have asked about “mountain roller coasters”. Vail doesn’t have one at the moment, but we are working on it. But if you are in the Vail Valley for a week or so, many guests will visit Glenwood Springs Caverns and fun park which has a cave tour, bungey jumping, a mountain roller coaster, food, games, and more. Saturday, March 6th, 2010Wow, quite the rock slide over in Glenwood Canyon near Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Thank goodness it won’t affect us around here. It looks like Interstate 70 will be closed for a few days. This area is about 1 hour west of Vail or 30 minutes west of the Eagle Airport. Click here for the news report from 9News in Colorado. Here in Vail we have light snow with 3 inches new reported this morning. We should be getting snow on and off throughout the week.
