ANTLERS UNIT 110
Unit 110 has been one of the few non-rental Antlers condominiums over the past ten years. While still not available for rent, it IS on the market for sale at $735,000. This condo has been upgraded extensively and has arguably the nicest kitchen in the entire building. The living room, bathroom and finishes throught the condominium are also top drawer. At one time, the layout of unit 110 included the bunk beds like some of our other one-bedroom condos. Although they have been removed, if a new owner wanted to, it would be easy to install them again. For now, that area provides a nice ante-room or dressing area to the bedroom.
