Manny Flores joined the Antlers team last month as our new Director of Maintenance. He comes to us with thirty years in the business. Manny started his career as a houseman at Lionsquare Lodge working his way up to executive housekeeper within a couple of years. He then became a facilities manager at a property in Avon, eventually spending fourteen years as director of Maintenance at the Beaver Creek Lodge. This is where he and Magda first met. Along the way he also ran his own maintenance and handyman repair business.
Manny is a fourth generation Coloradoan, from Leadville. Both his grandfather and father worked in the Leadville mines. Manny still lives in Leadville to help take care of his parents. He has three siblings. One in Plano, Texas and two in the Denver area. He loves the beautiful Colorado summers and being outside riding his Harley and Polaris Side by Side.
We are excited to have Manny on board, as is he. He’s already making an assessment of the property and taking on some immediate projects such as repainting and replacing and installing electrical timers and dimmers to cut back on our electrical usage.
