The Vail area has a spectacular variety of dining options. Your Antlers condominium features a full kitchen and dining area perfect for preparing your own meals. However there are times, particularly after a big powder ski day, when you may not feel like going out to eat OR cooking. Now you have the option to order a freshly prepared meal in advance from our own Chef Barry. Internationally-trained Chef Barry was recruited all the way from Australia by Vail Resorts to operate their Game Creek Club. He now caters all Antlers meeting and events, and offers you an additional dining option!
Chef Barry’s Freshly Prepared Entrées feed approximately 8-10 people. Prices are listed below, and include tax and delivery service fee.

Dinner and Entrees
Beef and Vegetable Stew, $70: Large pieces of diced beef chuck steak cooked with onions, carrot, celery in beef stock. Gluten-free. Finished with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Hungarian Beef Goulash, $70: Traditionally cooked with equal parts onion and diced chunks of beef chuck steak, flavored with caraway seeds, tomato paste, Hungarian paprika, beef stock, salt and pepper.
Chicken Pot Pie Ragout, $60: Juicy pieces of thigh and breast meat sautéed with onions, celery, carrots and bell peppers, thickened with chicken stock and cream using a flour and butter roux.
Beef Lasagna, $60: Layers of freshly prepared pasta, marinara sauce, ground beef, and creamy ricotta cheese.
Roasted Herb Chicken & Rice Pilaf, $60: Two whole medium sized roasted chickens seasoned with mixed poultry herbs, salt and pepper, and a generous portion of cooked rice pilaf.
Spaghetti and Meatballs, $45: Spaghetti, finished with lots of meatballs tossed in an herb marinara sauce.

Creamy Mash Potatoes, $25: Boiled Idaho potatoes, seasoned and whipped with cream and butter.
Rotini Pasta with Butter and Parsley, $20: Al dente boiled rotini pasta tossed in olive oil and butter, finished with chopped fresh parsley.
Mixed Greens, $25: fresh mixed greens served with a side dish of your choice of dressing.
Apple Cobbler Pie, $30: Ready to bake and eat when you like.
Chorizo or Veggie Breakfast Burritos, $75: Delicious southwestern style breakfast burritos. Eight to an order – perfect to have in your fridge, heat and eat on the way out for the ski day.

Sandwiches comes with lettuce, tomato, sliced cheddar, mayo and mustard packets on the side.
Après Ski Charcuterie Board, $95: Diced assorted cheeses, sliced salami, diced ham, chicken salad, tuna salad, pickles, olives, vegetable crudité, hummus, gluten free crackers, and baguette slices. Enjoy alongside your favorite beer or wine from Lionshead Liquors or West Vail Liquor Mart.
All dishes are served in large, recyclable, oven-proof containers with a clear lid for easy identification.
First call 970-476-2471, let us know your name or reservation number and what you’d like to order. Pick one of the days that you’ll be staying with us, or multiple days if you’d like to order multiple meals and place your order with us at least 48 hours in advance. Then the meal(s) will be delivered to your door by noon on the delivery date.
