In just the past year we have hosted technical medical seminars, multiple Vail weddings, an adventure film school, industry trade shows for hundreds of people, community forums, board retreats, and even festive birthday and holiday celebrations.
Some groups combine their meeting each day with popular Vail activities such as skiing, golf, or fly-fishing. In fact, the Antlers has even promoted a scuba exploration course to our groups that was taught in our swimming pool right outside! And of course, there are groups who stay with us only for the best access to Vail’s recreational activities. Last year we had lawyers from around the world coming to Vail to ski together!
Our recent conference room expansion includes four meeting room options and a richly appointed executive boardroom. All of our modern meeting space includes the latest in audiovisual services, Internet and access to a Conference Service Manager for facilitating all of your onsite needs.
